You can send yourself a new invite through the sign-in page https://www.taxccess.com/SignIn. Simply click Resend Activation, and follow the instructions on the page. The system will send a new invitation to the email you provided within a few minutes. Be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folders.
If you didn’t receive an email or are still experiencing problems accessing your account, contact Withum for direct support via the CONTACT US form on the TAXCCESS website or the Withum Call Center (609) 400 2700. A Withum team member will be glad to assist and securely update your email over the phone.
The TAXCCESS Support team cannot provide ETAs for release dates. Our notification system will send you an email when the K-1 is ready for download to you and your CPA/Authorized user(s).
TAXCCESS allows you to can create a linked account where your CPA/authorized user can access and download your K-1s using their own login credentials with TAXCCESS. Your CPA/authorized user will receive email alerts whenever a new document is uploaded into your TAXCCESS portal. Once uploaded, records will be available for secure download immediately after logging in to their account. This feature eliminates the need for you to print or mail documents to your accountant or another authorized user.
If your would like to set up a linked account, log in to your TAXCCESS Account and click on CPA to set up a CPA/Authorized user account. You will need the First Name, Last Name and email address for the CPA/Authorized user.

Yes! One of the benefits of TAXCCESS is that you can maintain multiple accounts with one username and password. This is perfect for cases where you have one partnership account under your SSN and another under a TIN/EIN. This is also a great option for those maintaining accounts for their family member(s).

Your account credentials will roll over year after year. After you set up your username and password, we recommend saving your login credentials in a safe place and bookmarking the TAXCCESS website https://www.taxccess.com/SignIn on your preferred web browser for easy future access.
Whenever a new document is uploaded to your account, you will receive an email notification. If you linked a CPA or authorized user to your account, they will also receive a new document upload notification via email.
To log in to TAXCCESS and access new documents as they become available, you will use the username and password credentials you set up at registration. If you have multiple linked accounts, you will see all documents available for those linked accounts when you log in.
